Wedding DJ Tip: Reception Lighting

We always tell our clients, if you’re looking to get the biggest bang for your buck in regards to wedding décor, rent reception lighting! When done correctly, reception lighting will make a huge impact on the overall atmosphere of your wedding space. According to celebrity event planner Preston Bailey, “Lighting creates a mood.”

Lighting will make both the most beautiful and unpleasant event spaces look even more magnificent. With the amount of time and money spent on a wedding, you will want to rent lighting so guests will be able to see all of your décor details. Most weddings take place in the evenings, which also means sunlight will be at a minimum, so lighting will be key to setting your reception mood. Uplighting

This is the most popular option for reception lighting. Uplights are typically used to project light against a wall or specific object. We offer the latest in uplighting technology.
