Wedding Planner
For many couples hiring a wedding planner is a non-negotiable. Think you planning a wedding is as simple as one, two, three? Think again! Knowing how to create a realistic budget and stick to it, which trustworthy vendors you should hire and how to pull everything together on the day of your wedding is no easy task. A wedding planner will be there every step of the way to help you plan and execute a seamless wedding.
Transportation for Guests
This one is becoming more and more popular with brides and grooms. Many couples have guests fly in from all of the country, or world, to attend their wedding. Travel costs can become expensive, that’s why it’s a nice “thank you” to your guests to provide them with transportation to and from your wedding venue. This will also provide a safe ride home for your guests at the end of the night. I think for larger parties a luxury campervan hire makes more sense than a limo.
Professional DJ
Hiring a professional wedding DJ is not something you want to pass on. A good DJ will know how to read your crowd and keep your dance floor full during your reception. They’ll bring backup equipment incase anything malfunctions, so there will be no interruptions to your music. They will also act as your emcee, making all of your announcements and helping you stick to your reception timeline.

Videographer
Most couples hire a professional photographer for their wedding. However, not all hire a videographer. Trust us, if you can make it fit within your wedding budget, hire a wedding videographer. The day will fly by and you will regret not having video footage to document all of the memories of your big day down the road.

Lighting
Wedding lighting will give you the biggest bang for your wedding décor buck. Not only does lighting add a dramatic aspect to your wedding décor, it also draws attention away from any not so pretty aspects of your wedding ballroom or venue.

Open Bar
Most wedding guests will find offering a cash bar rude. Your guests have spent a lot of time and money to attend your wedding, it is only courteous to provide them with an open bar in return. If you can’t afford a full bar, offer beer, wine and a signature cocktail.
